‘Cookie’ computer files are utilised to estimate aggregate visitor numbers and aggregate data volume, determine what pages of the BridgeStep website are of most interest to visitors, for general improvement of the BridgeStep website and to create customer profiles on the BridgeStep website. A cookie is a data file stored on the hard disk of your computer that allows recognition of your computer upon subsequent visits to the BridgeStep website. We utilise clear gif software, which helps us improve our services by alerting us to what content is most effective. Clear gifs are small graphics bearing a unique identifier (similar to cookies) which are useful for analysing the usage behaviour of website visitors. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on the visitor’s computer, clear gifs contained in websites and e-mails are invisible and generally no larger than a dot. We utilise clear gifs in our HTML-based e-mails to determine what e-mails get opened. This affords us a view of how efficient our communication and marketing activities are. We utilise this information in combination with personal data. You can change your e-mail settings or unsubscribe from e-mail distribution lists. Links for doing so are provided at the end of the e-mails we send out on a regular basis.

We utilise all recorded information/data exclusively for our own marketing and lead generation purposes. We will never sell personal data to third parties. We retain personal data for as long as we consider it useful for contacting you in connection with our services.
